Helzberg has a leadership team like no other! They care about every associate and work hard to keep new training coming out regularly so we stay up to date on everything!
They are personal in their coaching & teamwork.
I like the diversity in gender and experience.
Always ready to step up and step in.
Competent, but largely dependent on who you're speaking to. Some people are managers that really shouldn't be, and the leadership knows this and doesn't do anything about it.
Accountability within management, being honest with each other,
Everything- management is the worst
Review from Sales Dept
Not coveting up wrong doings at the management level.
Leadership is a joke. Incompetent people are promoted to management not by ability to lead.. Its all about sales numbers. Only unscrupulous cut throats advance to management. No management experiance is needed. just sales numbers. So the company is ran by sales people. Managers steal employee sales
Stop the bulling. Listen to all of your employees
Benefits are great for employees.
What I have fits into what I need.
It is competitive to the market.
401k with TRowe Price is incredible
I work part time and dont receive benefits
Review from Sales Dept
Yes totally! You feel undervalued when you are called a racial slur and bullied by an assistant manager, take it to HR and nothing is done. All because the assistant mgr was a club writer. This assistant mgr was high 8 hrs every day and that cool with helzberg.. because shes went to club. Whatever!
I would work for a sale and they would put it under their number (managers.)
Not having to go on food stamps working a full time job

Getting paid what i was worth
This is a job where the money really can be good, but the trade off is your life and family and friends if you really want to succeed. Benefits are minimal, even discounted prices are worse than competitors. Working hard to be an elite team member carries bogus "rewards".
Truly kind and trustworthy people. A lot of experience and expertise that each are willing to share.
The people that get it, get it. There is a huge separation between the people that want to work as a team and those that don't. Unfortunately those that don't are the ones that because of that mentality drag the atmosphere down. Incompetent team members are a plague
They attribute the family feel to our customers and I love to meet new people and help them feel comfortable in our store and show them my love for things hoping I find the right fit for them along the way.
Most employees are great but the manager ignored complaints about the employee
They are consummate professionals who have a passion for their work.
Stop getting high in the backroom, stop using racial slurs and stop stealing sales.
Stop forcing yourself onto sales you arent apart of. After youve ignored the customer then when they are ready to buy then jump in. No you did not do the work
First fix management and also actually training the staff correctly
Stop intimidating other co workers. Stop being dishonest

Covering up wrong doings andnot reporting it.
We are very accepting of people and their diversity
We all love what we do and pride ourselves in being apart of the Helzberg family.
Some of the team is exemplary, and my manager took interest in my development. That said, I got lucky.
The available training materials available
I have no redeeming things to say. This was the worsr job ive ever had
Stop allowing your bad seeds to be promoted. High sales does not nean management material
Management, Accountability, ethics, moral, trainings
Stop covering up wrong foungs and teporting it.
Hire true managers with degrees who know how to manage. Not sales people who have no clue how to treat people. Do away with "going to Club" it creates a caste system, which gives club writers the idea they are untouchable. Your club writers are bullies and they became club writers by being horrible.
Stop with the cult like behavior
Friendly and personal while still professional.
It was informal and eady.
The peaceful demeanor of the hiring manager
They made me feel like I was important
It was really an easy interview
The jobs a total joke. Psy is bad. No need for the entire company to interview someone.
Clearer expectations and as a previous manager has done, not hiring people for the role which they applied.
Please just make applying for food stamps part of on boarding. Pay is horrid
Stop acting like yall pay alot. Lies and deception
Review from Sales Dept
No need for the entire region to interview someone. Helzberg doesnt pay well.. one interview is enough. The job is a joke and the environment is toxic turn over is high.. should clue you in theres a problem. Also stop lying about pay.. i almost starved working for helzberg.
Confidence in the merchandise we sell. Love for the company I serve. Compassion & rapport with customers made friends.
My team of co-workers and the vendors we work with.
When I said I had COVID used up my sick time and vacation, looked for a job the entire time, found one snd quit with no notice when our store was short staffed! Yeah good times
Working ethical and respecting company laws and policies.
Interacting with customers is always a pleasure
Change company ways, stop allowing discrimantion
Upper management. Company values are a complete lie
Bragging to customers that we're part of AGS and a Berkshire Hathaway company AS PART OF OUR REQUIRED SELLING METHOD doesn't do anything. Invest in advertising instead.
Change badically everything... just because its helzberg doesnt make it right.. you treat your employees terrible
Value needs to be given to new associates. Stop the bullying
The discount on jewelry is substantial
Review from Sales Dept
They need to be as customer driven as they claim to be during the interview process
