Truly kind and trustworthy people. A lot of experience and expertise that each are willing to share.

They attribute the family feel to our customers and I love to meet new people and help them feel comfortable in our store and show them my love for things hoping I find the right fit for them along the way.

Most employees are great but the manager ignored complaints about the employee

We work hard and play hard. We have each other's backs and help out when someone is having a rough time.

The people that get it, get it. There is a huge separation between the people that want to work as a team and those that don't. Unfortunately those that don't are the ones that because of that mentality drag the atmosphere down. Incompetent team members are a plague

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Stop getting high in the backroom, stop using racial slurs and stop stealing sales.

First fix management and also actually training the staff correctly

Stop intimidating other co workers. Stop being dishonest

Help new people learn job

There is a lot of misunderstandings on How to properly T.O. to another employee when your interacting with a customer. Some co workers will refuse to put you on the sale when you were working with them. The management is very unorganized and doesn't take things seriously on what needs to be addresse

Not yelling at each other on the floor in front of customers fighting over sales and gossiping

Stop the bullying and jealousy.

Not show up to work.. helzberg literally chooses the worst human beings to work for them

Help each other. Dont cut each others throat.

Covering up wrong doings andnot reporting it.

Stop forcing yourself onto sales you arent apart of. After youve ignored the customer then when they are ready to buy then jump in. No you did not do the work
