No need for the entire region to interview someone. Helzberg doesnt pay well.. one interview is enough. The job is a joke and the environment is toxic turn over is high.. should clue you in theres a problem. Also stop lying about pay.. i almost starved working for helzberg.

I went back 3 times in two days b/c the regional manager wanted to be there for the second interview. Only she was late. So after driving over half an hour to do the interview, I had to go back 3 hours later to do it when she finally arrived.
