What do you like best about the leadership team?

Helzberg has a leadership team like no other! They care about every associate and work hard to keep new training coming out regularly so we stay up to date on everything!

They are personal in their coaching & teamwork.

I like the diversity in gender and experience.

Always ready to step up and step in.

Competent, but largely dependent on who you're speaking to. Some people are managers that really shouldn't be, and the leadership knows this and doesn't do anything about it.

They are open to listening to all employees.

Our manager Is a phenomenal leader!!

They are creative in their thinking and are responsive to changes in the market. They will shift focus to take advantage of opportunities to position the company for success.

Not coveting up wrong doings at the management level.

Leadership is a joke. Incompetent people are promoted to management not by ability to lead.. Its all about sales numbers. Only unscrupulous cut throats advance to management. No management experiance is needed. just sales numbers. So the company is ran by sales people. Managers steal employee sales

Stop the bulling. Listen to all of your employees

Stop parroting the outdated "8 Steps of Selling" and start actually coaching employees. Stop playing favorites. Start acting like human beings and stop being so two-faced about the job.

Before preaching about PMA.. Ask yourself why is PMA low? Heres a tip.... most people are positive however if you throw them in a toxic enviroment they become negative.. Your company dynamics are the reason for low PMA.. its your fault at a corperate level... Peace

Stop with the favoritism, treat people as equals and stop allowing bulling

Follow thru and teamwork listening to the majority when they tell them they have a cancerous employee

Your hired to do a job but no real time trading. They make you watch videos and expect you to know how to do your job. Terrible company

The management team in my store is very unorganized. They don't communicate a lot of the times either. And sales are being stolen.
