What do you like best about the leadership team?Helzberg has a leadership team like no other! They care about every associate and work hard to keep new training coming out regularly so we stay up to date on everything!

What would you improve about your company's interview process?The jobs a total joke. Psy is bad. No need for the entire company to interview someone.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Stop getting high in the backroom, stop using racial slurs and stop stealing sales.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Yes totally! You feel undervalued when you are called a racial slur and bullied by an assistant manager, take it to HR and nothing is done. All because the assistant mgr was a club writer. This assistant mgr was high 8 hrs every day and that cool with helzberg.. because shes went to club. Whatever!

CONFLICT FREE DIAMONDS
All our natural diamonds are conflict free, meaning that they are ethically sourced from start to finish. We will not purchase any diamond mined after December 31, 2002 that is not accompanied by the World Diamond Council warranty statement, in which the seller certifies and guarantees that the diamond is conflict-free.
We’re also a leading supporter of the Kimberley Process, which prevents the sale of conflict diamonds in the United States and more than 60 other countries around the world.
Our business partners are under legal and contractual obligation to keep records of the Kimberley Process Certificates for all rough diamonds and these certificates must be independently verified on an annual basis.

At Helzberg Diamonds, we are committed to sourcing metals that are environmentally and socially conscious. Our gold and other precious metals are produced under the highest social, human rights and environmental standards.
Our partners are required to adhere to these same principles too, and to be in compliance with the conflict minerals laws which Congress passed as part of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act in order to target conflict minerals. We also fully condemn the use of any minerals to fund conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, in its adjoining countries or anywhere in the world.
