Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes totally! You feel undervalued when you are called a racial slur and bullied by an assistant manager, take it to HR and nothing is done. All because the assistant mgr was a club writer. This assistant mgr was high 8 hrs every day and that cool with helzberg.. because shes went to club. Whatever!

This is a job where the money really can be good, but the trade off is your life and family and friends if you really want to succeed. Benefits are minimal, even discounted prices are worse than competitors. Working hard to be an elite team member carries bogus "rewards".

Getting paid what i was worth

I would work for a sale and they would put it under their number (managers.)

You only get commission if you sell to a certain point, that's nearly impossible to reach in most locations. They should do it by location, as my coworkers in the mall get twice the foot traffic that we do in our stand alone. They're not better at their job, they just get more walk-ins

Stop allowing senior associates to bully others

Absolutely.. I was bullied and reported it and other things to HR. Literally nothing was done. HR made the situation so much worse

I was not given the opportunity to make money because senior employees demanded to be put on my sales.

Yes, very. They pretend they want people with higher ethics than competitors. But really, it's just another cut-throat sales position that doesn't value the customers.
