What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very accepting of people and their diversity
We all love what we do and pride ourselves in being apart of the Helzberg family.
Some of the team is exemplary, and my manager took interest in my development. That said, I got lucky.
The available training materials available
I have no redeeming things to say. This was the worsr job ive ever had
Going home and trying to collect myself after being abused for 8 hrs
The discount was literally the only benefit to this job.
It feels like a family. We support and care for each other and encourage each other to do better.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop allowing your bad seeds to be promoted. High sales does not nean management material
Management, Accountability, ethics, moral, trainings
Stop covering up wrong foungs and teporting it.
Hire true managers with degrees who know how to manage. Not sales people who have no clue how to treat people. Do away with "going to Club" it creates a caste system, which gives club writers the idea they are untouchable. Your club writers are bullies and they became club writers by being horrible.
Stop with the cult like behavior
Allow us to sit to do office work: formal shoes are required but sitting is not allowed. Give us air conditioning: women are required to wear long sleeves. LET US USE THE BATHROOM.
