Helzberg has a leadership team like no other! They care about every associate and work hard to keep new training coming out regularly so we stay up to date on everything!
They are personal in their coaching & teamwork.
I like the diversity in gender and experience.

Truly kind and trustworthy people. A lot of experience and expertise that each are willing to share.
The people that get it, get it. There is a huge separation between the people that want to work as a team and those that don't. Unfortunately those that don't are the ones that because of that mentality drag the atmosphere down. Incompetent team members are a plague
They attribute the family feel to our customers and I love to meet new people and help them feel comfortable in our store and show them my love for things hoping I find the right fit for them along the way.
Most employees are great but the manager ignored complaints about the employee
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company not only focuses on sales. They focus on taking care of the associates and contributing to local charities to help the local community. Everyone focuses on the Core Values to ensure the culture is positive, feels like a family and collaborative.

We are very accepting of people and their diversity
We all love what we do and pride ourselves in being apart of the Helzberg family.
Some of the team is exemplary, and my manager took interest in my development. That said, I got lucky.

The individuals I talked with were all very friendly, honest and transparent. I was receiving welcome emails and friend requests on LinkedIn before my first day with the company.

Confidence in the merchandise we sell. Love for the company I serve. Compassion & rapport with customers made friends.

When I said I had COVID used up my sick time and vacation, looked for a job the entire time, found one snd quit with no notice when our store was short staffed! Yeah good times
Working ethical and respecting company laws and policies.
