Your Customer Service is ABYSMAL. I am continually being told to fix it myself. I am not a repair person or mechanically inclined. I have no idea why iFit thinks I should be able to take apart a $2000 machine, find the problem, fix and and put it back together. NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT
