My department team are all experienced and are capable of getting the job done always despite our useless department manager who is never here and does nothing when he is here.

Managers dont care! Everyone comes in and does what they wish because they know they have job security since no one wants to work anymore. Half my store just comes in and gets high all day and apparently thats fine.

We on average make the same or less than other jobs that require half the work and half the skill that we require to do our job. Then when you bring it up the bosses response is always "well just go work there then". Its sad really.
