My coworkers do not follow directions. They take many breaks, barely show up to work, and do the least amount as possible. And the remaining work load is left for someone else to do.

I feel undervalued because I am never thanked. I could work 14 hours straight, 13 days in a row, so exhausted I can't even see straight, and will only be told it's not good enough.
