It has been a great time so far. There is a lot of work to do to get our project up to the level that I would like it to be at, but the team seems capable and interested in making those improvements.

I have not had the chance to use it much, but I think that there is a card that pays for the co-pay which sounds pretty cool.

They all seem to care about making this an enjoyable place to work. I am happy as long as people are nice and there are interesting problems to work on.

We do not have a bunch of unnecessary meetings that take up the day and the work pace is comfortable which gives us time to go back and improve existing work.

My team is not very large, but their average competence level is far higher than any other team I have worked on so far. I am excited to be on a team that I can learn from as well as teach.
