Interactions Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They make themselves available and are as transparent as can possibly be.

Review from Engineering Dept

Open communication; proof they know when the company's direction needs to be tweaked and outlines the appropriate steps for them and the company to take. It appears they take calculated steps and not drive the 'ship' in a willy nilly fashion.

Our leadership exhibits worthwhile behaviors in their words and actions: - promoting both personal and professional growth - being candid - being fair

Review from Engineering Dept

Leadership is transparent and doesn't make promises.

Review from Operations Dept

They provide frequent touch points

Review from Design Dept

frequent communication and work life balance

Review from Operations Dept

Seem to genuinely care about employees

Review from Customer Success Dept

They seem to be trying hard to keep the company improving instead of being stagnant.

Review from Engineering Dept

Our leaders aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. They are extremely invested in our success and provide us with transparent business updates on a monthly basis. It's clear that they care about employees and their wellbeing.

Review from HR Dept

Leadership does a great job with cultivating a flexible and employee centric culture. They truly care about the employees and they care about Interactions.

Review from HR Dept

The leaders truly care about their people and the success of Interactions. They are smart, dedicated and caring leaders who take time to bring the employee experience to life by focusing on trust, empowerment and personal flexibility.

A few members of the executive team are worthwhile in my opinion, but I have little to no experience with the others.

Review from Engineering Dept

Open and honest communication from ELT

They seem dedicated to Interactionss

Review from Engineering Dept

They are transparent and do not stray from any tough conversation.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The Leadership team cares about the employees. They care enough to always look for feedback and they do act on what thye hear.

Personable and seem excited for individual growth and achievement.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The open channel of communication with our monthly all-hands calls when management can provide an update on the company to all employees. My department leader also holds weekly meeting where they share detailed information on the welfare of the company and our department on goals and deliverables.

Review from Marketing Dept

They are always upfront about everything

Review from Operations Dept

Honest and clear about the vision, flexible work culture.

Review from Engineering Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I feel our ELT primarily focuses on feeding us buzzwords rather than be upfront about the status or stability of our projects. Especially, when it comes to why we're not progressing.

Promote and recognize key talent.

Explaining why the company looks through rose-colored glasses at company meetings, where everything seems to be going well, but proceeds to lay off staff and cut bonuses EVERY YEAR. Positivity has its place, but being realistic with employees also needs to be a part of the communication approach.

Review from Engineering Dept

Stop looking for solutions from the same individuals that created problems.

Review from Design Dept

Compensate at least enough to be able to afford to live alone.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Work on more transparency and communication.
