For those of us who have been with the company for more than five years, there is a real sense of having been in the trenches and seen the company grow. We've each been in many different roles and understand the business from the ground up and we're proud.

Review from Engineering Dept

Some of my coworkers are good to work with. However, as a whole, the organization still has problems with cross-team communication and goal setting.

Review from Engineering Dept

Autonomy, flexibility, & embracing disruption.

It's okay not to have all the answers. You don't have to be afraid to ask for help. A true team spirit prevails.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

This is Jeopardy! Anoop's lack of technical knowledge did damage, but his unwillingness to listen was catastrophic, why did the correction take so long? How much of the data we keep is truly worth keeping and even legal? How expensive should it be to generate a reports vs. handle calls?
