Interactions Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

Every day I have an opportunity to learn something. I love to learn new things.

Review from Engineering Dept

Working with others....although that experience has changed a bit since Covid. We're all remote, so we don't enjoy the old camaraderie activities such as Friday night drinks, group lunches, 'water cooler chats' and so on. We make the best of it though!!!

Problem Solving, and working with my team.

Review from Operations Dept

Building anything to make our product better or our team more productive.

Review from Engineering Dept

The people at Interactions are what makes me most happy at work.

Review from HR Dept

What makes me happy is contributing to the success of the company and the success of my co-workers. I love to help the people around me and by extension the company as a whole.

Review from HR Dept

Challenge, recognition, collaboration, feedback, acceptance of thought-out documented ideology.

When we win new business or we receive customer compliments, we celebrate success and employee appreciation week reinforces these wins.

Collaborating with my coworkers makes me the happiest at work

Review from Engineering Dept

Being able to address UX needs by utilizing new/unique solutions and the support other teams provide in those endeavors.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Flexibility to do my job within the hours that work best for me. Love the flexibility! Knowing I can voice my opinion and will be heard.

Finding solutions to problems and knocking out to-do lists.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The people that I work with and the results we are seeing.

Review from Marketing Dept

The sense of accomplishment with projects, instead of constantly drowning in 'quicksand' due to outrageous workload. There's plenty of work but evenly distributed with team members.

Review from Marketing Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It's just about the money.

Review from Operations Dept

It's work. I'm going to consistently do my job to the best of my abilities as long as I'm getting fairly compensated, but no one _wants_ to work.

I believe that we will remain a mid-size company.

Review from Engineering Dept

Over-inflated delivery processes taxed by lack of access to resources, due to loss of headcount coupled with ELT’s overzealous investment in lofty product development with little to no market interest or practical viability. Sales executives with little to know industry expertis

Review from Design Dept

Interdepartmental communication is horrible. There is no emphasis on helping other groups.

I need to feel like I'm working towards a goal (Promotion, raise, etc), rather than doing extra work and carrying and babysitting some of my team members who aren't contributing or producing work at the pace or quality that I am.

Exec team disconnected and unreasonable. No culture and they dont care
