They make themselves available and are as transparent as can possibly be.

Open communication; proof they know when the company's direction needs to be tweaked and outlines the appropriate steps for them and the company to take. It appears they take calculated steps and not drive the 'ship' in a willy nilly fashion.
Our leadership exhibits worthwhile behaviors in their words and actions: - promoting both personal and professional growth - being candid - being fair

Leadership is transparent and doesn't make promises.

They provide frequent touch points

I feel our ELT primarily focuses on feeding us buzzwords rather than be upfront about the status or stability of our projects. Especially, when it comes to why we're not progressing.
Promote and recognize key talent.
Explaining why the company looks through rose-colored glasses at company meetings, where everything seems to be going well, but proceeds to lay off staff and cut bonuses EVERY YEAR. Positivity has its place, but being realistic with employees also needs to be a part of the communication approach.

Stop looking for solutions from the same individuals that created problems.

Compensate at least enough to be able to afford to live alone.

I'm very appreciative of our health insurance offering. It's very generous in its coverage and the monthly premium is quite low compared to other health benefits I'm aware of.

Insurance plans and paid time off
Top-notch insurance, excellent time off, summer Fridays

Review from Customer Success Dept
My responsibilities increased from the date of hire without compensation adjustment, and most employees have not received raises in two years. My home insurance premium just jumped 50% along with other costs of living.
Undervalued is felt to not given raise in the past 3-4 years. I have out performed on all reviews, and still give the company my all regardless lack of incentive.
Review from Operations Dept
I believe the amount of paid time off is seriously deficient. It negatively effects expected participation in family activities and needs. It also seems at odds with industry trends thus affecting talent acquisition.
Review from Engineering Dept
Whether the company can afford merit increases or not, they should do COLA increases every year to account for inflation. If you can't afford to do that, you can't afford to run a business. Like tipping for a meal.
Review from Operations Dept
With the 2 merit increase pauses in the past 3 years, I'm technically making less than what I was making in 2016 due to inflation. I've had at least 2 promotions since then. I'm hoping the merit increases in October will factor that in and pay fair market value.

Loyalty; work horses; attitude; ability to work as a team; ability to offer support either with sharing work tasks or emotional support when a coworker needs to vent about a situation.
Talent, Capacity to success with the limited resources provided.
Review from Operations Dept
The best traits of my team are the kindness and respect they offer to each other.
Review from Engineering Dept
My team has largely been pared down to the point that most everyone we have is driven to succeed and doesn't need much extra motivation to give a good effort. We also have a good time.
Review from Operations Dept
We are all dedicated and passionate about doing our very best to meet client needs and ensure their retention
Review from Design Dept
I personally feel there could be a little more patience and consideration for others' time. Everyone seems to want or sometimes even demand immediate attention without considering they are not the only person asking for my time or that I may have critical tasks I would like to focus on.
Review from Operations Dept
Hire people with actual skills, and don't be afraid to fire those who bring nothing to the table. Avoid having teams where one person is doing the work of everyone else and are being overworked.
Co workers are disenchanted with Management. New exec team.\n
Review from Sales Dept
I like that my manager has confidence in me and gives me a certain level of autonomy when doing my job. I also appreciate that so many people are willing to take time to explain and educate.
Review from Engineering Dept
Everyone - including cross departments - is helpful to each other and always welcomes questions with quick responses. There are close teams across the company where everyone supports each other.

It's a small company – what's not to like about that! It also has an established healthy culture. Opportunities to make improvements and learn new skills are everywhere if one makes a little effort to explo

For those of us who have been with the company for more than five years, there is a real sense of having been in the trenches and seen the company grow. We've each been in many different roles and understand the business from the ground up and we're proud.
Review from Operations Dept
This is Jeopardy! Anoop's lack of technical knowledge did damage, but his unwillingness to listen was catastrophic, why did the correction take so long? How much of the data we keep is truly worth keeping and even legal? How expensive should it be to generate a reports vs. handle calls?

I was able to talk with multiple employees who would be my peers in order to get a better idea of 'a day in the life.' I was even able to speak with someone who was in a SVP position.

Every day I have an opportunity to learn something. I love to learn new things.

Working with others....although that experience has changed a bit since Covid. We're all remote, so we don't enjoy the old camaraderie activities such as Friday night drinks, group lunches, 'water cooler chats' and so on. We make the best of it though!!!

Review from Operations Dept
It's work. I'm going to consistently do my job to the best of my abilities as long as I'm getting fairly compensated, but no one _wants_ to work.
I believe that we will remain a mid-size company.
Review from Engineering Dept
Over-inflated delivery processes taxed by lack of access to resources, due to loss of headcount coupled with ELT’s overzealous investment in lofty product development with little to no market interest or practical viability. Sales executives with little to know industry expertis
