Our leadership exhibits worthwhile behaviors in their words and actions: - promoting both personal and professional growth - being candid - being fair

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe the amount of paid time off is seriously deficient. It negatively effects expected participation in family activities and needs. It also seems at odds with industry trends thus affecting talent acquisition.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
