JetBlue Airways – Stop changing flights on people. I dont mind a few hours change on a flight but a days difference makes a difference. I am sure that I was bumped off the flight because I used points. I don't know if it ever occurred to Jet Blue that to use that many points, you had to be a dedicated customer.
