What culture? I see management pitting employee groups against each other. The easiest thing to fix the whole operation would be to give the Pilots the contract they deserve and let them lead in the operation rather than create the everyone is equal attitude that we have now.

Everything. They need to come up with a plan and then communicate and execute it, rather than change their focus all of the time. I can't tell you how many programs have been started here since I've been employed at Jetblue on to see them fail or be forgotten about relatively quickly. NPS anyone?
