The leadership team keeps us informed and gives us the freedom to be our own owner----giving us the flexibility to work remote and complete our work that best suits us. We aren't micromanaged and are treated like professionals.

I interviewed as a career changer/associate, so one of the interviews was more of a q/a for me to ask recent associates any questions that I had. It was very informative to get their opinions since they had just recently gone through the same experience that I was about to.
