We really know how to tackle the work and get it done. When one of us faulters (as life will happen from time to time) my team knows how to step in and shoulder the work. Our clients feel very supported.
Each coworker will know something you do not and can teach you and assist you so you learn it as well. The exchange of knowledge and skills is constant which is great.

We're comfortable helping eachother when needed. Everyone is helpful through internal communications and most are willing to hop on calls to solution with eachother to get to the endpoint.
