What did you like most about the interview process?

I was able to meet with and talk to many different people in the company.

I met with a number of different roles in the company and throughout the process the Recruiter kept me informed. Even if it was just to tell me there wasn't news yet.

Asking the same questions to multiple different people always returned consistent answers.

The Rooster scheduling software made the nuts and bolts of setting up interviews easy peasy and all of the interviews were conversational and not an interrogation. It was the easiest interview process I've ever been through.

I interviewed as a career changer/associate, so one of the interviews was more of a q/a for me to ask recent associates any questions that I had. It was very informative to get their opinions since they had just recently gone through the same experience that I was about to.

I liked meeting multiple people in the company, each had something to say about the culture and the ability to move around/up if you want. I was also happy to interview with people from different areas of the company to ensure I got a full view of what it's like from different aspects.

There were a few rounds of interviews but I believe this helped because you were able to meet different people at the company. You could see what the culture was like.
