Leadership is helpful yet you also get autonomy over your own work, staying true to the "act like an owner" value.
What I appreciate most is the level of trust and autonomy the leadership team provides. They empower us to take ownership of our projects while remaining approachable whenever we hit technical roadblocks or need guidance on complex client requirements.
What I appreciate most about the leadership team is their forward-thinking mindset and how they are always innovating new solutions to help clients.
The transparency and "employee first" mentality of Kognitiv's leadership team is unmatched. For example, in 10 years of business, layoffs have never even been on the table as an option. Our leadership decided they would forego their own salary rather than impact employees during tumultuous times.

The best part of the package is the comprehensive benefits beyond the base salary.
The pay and bonus at Kognitiv are already great and very competitive, so what gets me really excited is our total rewards package w/ extra perks like flexible time, commission opportunities, career path options (and jumping around!), 5-year experience trip, 7-year sabbatical, 10-year sabbatical...
If you bring clients, you get part of the deal, even that you work as consultant.

What I liked most was the depth of the technical discussions.
Leadership involvement, intentful rounds, and structure. Minimal wait time for scheduling and follow ups. Meeting so many KOGers and seeing the consistency in company representation between interviewers, especially across different levels and teams. Everyone just seems so happy there.
Being able to meet potential team mates, manager, and have good conversations about the type of work I'd be doing.
Straight forward and to the point. Measuring fit.
The openness and candidness. It felt like I was talking to a friend for all of the interviews, even though I didn't know any of the people from all of the different interviews.
