What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open, honest and most of all human. They laugh with us and share the highs and lows with us. I feel like we are all one of them.
They are open. I mean this in so many ways - open door policy, open to feedback, open and honest, open to growth.
They are completely open and honest wherever possible. All employees feel like they have a say and can approach leadership any time. They haven't forgotten where they came from and are incredibly supportive of the teams.
The different personalities and ideas balance each other out well.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited time off - but not just having access to the time off. We are encouraged to use it and to take care of ourselves.
Unlimited PTO that comes along with the encouragement to use it! Most workers take 2-3 weeks off each year. Way better than industry standard.

We all have unique experiences from around the world that we bring to the table. And we all support one another.

Everyone is so motivated and has a "helper" mentality. We all have similar drive to be constantly growing and innovating. That's the beauty of ingraining a startup culture to carry into your hiring process.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet with and talk to many different people in the company.
I met with a number of different roles in the company and throughout the process the Recruiter kept me informed. Even if it was just to tell me there wasn't news yet.
Asking the same questions to multiple different people always returned consistent answers.
clarity for the job and work
The Rooster scheduling software made the nuts and bolts of setting up interviews easy peasy and all of the interviews were conversational and not an interrogation. It was the easiest interview process I've ever been through.
