The culture is one of learning and collaboration. It's not just learning in one scope though. While we do enhance our technical skills (there are many Workday gurus in here) we also learn new ways to exceed the clients expectations and how to collaborate as a thriving remote workforce.

Kognitiv is the epitome of work/life balance. The company was built differently under the vision that happy employees make happy customers. It's such a supportive and collaborative group that's more of a family than a workplace.

Fun, collaborative and supportive culture. I have recruited friends who have now been here more than 3 years and are still so happy with their decision. I just enjoyed a "5-year experience" trip, and am already looking forward to my 7-week sabbatical next year! Great colleagues. Good perks.

  • All 4 interviews were conversation based. We shared our stories and geeked out about Workday. No one asked me any questions to try and trip me up. In fact, no one asked me any of the traditional interview questions. They do things differently here - the way you'd always hoped it could be.
