There is very little micromanagement
Supporting structure and also laid back. You are trusted to do your work and not micro managed.
They are an open book to what's going on in the business and also very dedicated to ensuring we're happy while working. If there's even a hint of burnout, our managers insist on taking time away, even if it's an hour to go outside and re-focus before coming back to work.
The culture is amazing and you can tell everyone cares for another. We encourage PTO and when on PTO to truly not work and the amazing team will help keep the projects moving along.

The way the consultants carry themselves. Even at the busiest of times, my coworkers always seem to have a smile on their faces. I can always ask questions no matter how big or small. We all act like owners through and through.
