Pet insurance. This is the first job ive had that offer it.

We're comfortable helping eachother when needed. Everyone is helpful through internal communications and most are willing to hop on calls to solution with eachother to get to the endpoint.

our core values and how everyone follows them

They are an open book to what's going on in the business and also very dedicated to ensuring we're happy while working. If there's even a hint of burnout, our managers insist on taking time away, even if it's an hour to go outside and re-focus before coming back to work.

it didnt feel like an interview. it felt welcoming and lik family. it was more rounds but it was very enjoyable

I liked meeting multiple people in the company, each had something to say about the culture and the ability to move around/up if you want. I was also happy to interview with people from different areas of the company to ensure I got a full view of what it's like from different aspects.
