We're comfortable helping eachother when needed. Everyone is helpful through internal communications and most are willing to hop on calls to solution with eachother to get to the endpoint.
Their support when needed, they ensure you have the tools necessary to be successful, dont mind pushing you to learn, and also ensure you're in a good headspace to maintain good working relationships with clients.
I love that I can explore new opportunities, build my learning into different areas of the business, and also be available to my family 24/7. This company really allows you to be your own boss and ensure that you're at your best for your clients.
They are an open book to what's going on in the business and also very dedicated to ensuring we're happy while working. If there's even a hint of burnout, our managers insist on taking time away, even if it's an hour to go outside and re-focus before coming back to work.
I liked meeting multiple people in the company, each had something to say about the culture and the ability to move around/up if you want. I was also happy to interview with people from different areas of the company to ensure I got a full view of what it's like from different aspects.
