What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is familiar with the work being done "in the trenches" by their employees. As such, they've been able to build a company that is aware of the benefits and the pain points of the work and put together policies and practices that support the workers.

Our culture of Workday expertise runs to the very top - I've personally seen each of our leaders work late nights crunching configuration, so I know they understand what the individual contributor needs, as well as how best to serve our clients.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is what gets me out of bed in the morning. Kognitiv's collaboration is its strongest attribute, I always want to be there for the folks who have been there for me.
