since ive been here since 2008 i literally know everyone at the company, so for me its like family and we know how to work hard and play hard to enjoy it

Alot of out perks are not used by me because im single and lz is spending 20k approximately on it. id rather have that 20k in my pocket and go get my own perks. teledoc is the only thing i use, the rest is unused . lastly our raise is always only 2-3% when inflation is like 6% im losing money

working from home is a god send. i an artist in my free time. so working in IP is like a kid being sent to work in a candy store as i get paid to look at all forms of art all day long and learn the legality of it. Also the LZ university training may be the greatest perk LZ has, i am addicted to it
