What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lot's of transparency. They hold quarterly town halls that are well organized and thorough.

Been an employee with LZ from 2008-2017 and then I came back in 2020 to present. Love working here, especially the culture. Management is great and accommodating. Working from home has got to be the best thing for me besides culture/management. THANK YOU!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is that I don't have to pay a monthly fee for my medical and dental insurance!!!

They recently updated our benefits to provide top notch health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, fertility, mental health, and lifestyle, among other benefits. Vacation and sick leave were also expanded.
