Lot's of transparency. They hold quarterly town halls that are well organized and thorough.

Smart, creative, down to earth, and very understanding about the need to have work life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They recently updated our benefits to provide top notch health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, fertility, mental health, and lifestyle, among other benefits. Vacation and sick leave were also expanded.
