
The decent co-workers who are just trying their best.
My coworkers are usually suffering they same and can relate or help lessen the load.
I waited 45 mins because the manager "Did not listen" when called for the interview. Showing up on time would be nice.
The work is too much, with little pay or benefit. It is impossible to pay your bills and the medical damage it causes you.
Freedom. I enjoy being trusted to work diligently. However, management often treats workers as if they're brand new, even years after working with Loblaws. If the work gets done, the worker is able to manage themselves appropriately, there should be no issues.
The Leadership needs to take into account that people are not perfect. We cannot preform at the same expected rate as others, every single day. We're not machines, we're living beings. We have bad days, injuries, or mental illnesses. Respect the individual worker.
