What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It has got really bad since HR took over the culture program. Before that we had a leader who was not part of HR who ran it independently. HR run as a box ticking Thank you exercise driven by fear
We have a proclamation to assume you with we will go down to hades for you in a half if uou would please wouldnt mind covering up the lobster shell business in a half and do it because im not likeing the meeknessess without it..or ill come for in the finaling of the armageddon to do with you as i so
Cultures isnt why its the makeup if your company its the makeup of your companies..
