I liked that it was very casual and confortable

they listened to what i have to say and commented back like a normal conversation

The communication between me and the hiring manager was amazing. They responded to emails fast, and directly before my in-person interview.

demonstrate the actual tasks. 99% of the training was reading the policy book and training manual. They thru me on the floor and said "we are here to help" but were too busy and rolled their eyes every time i asked a question. It forced me to figure it out by myself while customers were waiting

Take time to assess future employees, don't just hire on the spot. Good for prospective employees, not good long-term outcomes.

Give more training to new employees

I waited 45 mins because the manager "Did not listen" when called for the interview. Showing up on time would be nice.

Get an interviewer who knows what he or she is doing
