I have over 10 years of actual experience as a cashier and over 20 years of customer service experience so I feel that my experience is not being accounted for and I am getting paid just minimum wage

I did not get to the point of receiving benefits or other perks!

I feel undervalued because I continuously exceed expectations, more knowledgeable in the majority of departments, especially curious and involved with all functions, engage all lvls of employees, superior customer service. Wage increased to what my value is, not a capped wage everyone receives.

better pay for doing 6 peoples' jobs

It is minimum wage (+ a few cents per year) and hard work. There is no input in how to do the job, and plenty of plenty of unhelpful feedback with no positive feedback. Everybody is treated like children - yes most of the staff is children but i am not.

lay pallets down. So when you getting pallets try to throw some extra on the ground so people can pick it up. It can also be considered a mod. Lay pallets for everyone. I hate when its crowded at a pallet section

It has got really bad since HR took over the culture program. Before that we had a leader who was not part of HR who ran it independently. HR run as a box ticking Thank you exercise driven by fear

demonstrate the actual tasks. 99% of the training was reading the policy book and training manual. They thru me on the floor and said "we are here to help" but were too busy and rolled their eyes every time i asked a question. It forced me to figure it out by myself while customers were waiting

Take time to assess future employees, don't just hire on the spot. Good for prospective employees, not good long-term outcomes.

Give more training to new employees

I waited 45 mins because the manager "Did not listen" when called for the interview. Showing up on time would be nice.
