What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good quality individuals with years of experience in their roles. They don't attempt to micro manage us on store walks and instead let us department heads lead them through our areas and talk through our experiences which had led to change on 4 or 5 different occasions.

It's not very good. Pay is low, we are expected to work overtime every day, constantly missing breaks and store management talk to us about work on our breaks when we do get them. Scruitized for doing managerial parts of my role that have led to significant success for my store.

I did not get to the point of receiving benefits or other perks!

The team I lead is very experienced, my full time having over 30 years in their roles. My bosses are very positive and only want the best for the customer and store which shows in our sales increases vs other stores.

The "care" is really there to do well and growth the business. Ownership, respect and excelence are basically just ways to over burden managers and "scrape the plates" of store managers/district managers

How it wasnt so much an interview as an introduction to what I'd be doing, the process was very fast. The person interviewing me was genuinely invested in their position, too

I run everything to the way that gives my customers the best experience. High level directors are pleasant to talk to. Lots of opportunity to improve the business and customer service if you care about it.
