Challenging, rewarding, overall positive. However, I wonder if we are truly executing at the level we need to in order to meet our business' definition of success? I don't mean that in a shallow way. I think many people come to work to make a dent in the universe big...are we on track to do that?

The people, SAH. Molly P in the Denver office puts a lot of heart into building culture. However I still feel that Matillion culture is light.

I am in conversations with my manager for a promotion and a raise, and I hope that as those conversations progress that I am compensated at the same level as my peers.
