Challenging, rewarding, overall positive. However, I wonder if we are truly executing at the level we need to in order to meet our business' definition of success? I don't mean that in a shallow way. I think many people come to work to make a dent in the universe big...are we on track to do that?

I believe the executive team is making the right corrections/changes to ensure that the sales employees have a fair chance to make close to OTE in H2 - however, the goals and directives in H1 were unattainable and absent.

They don't know what I don't know. There have been a few stumbles where I've come across something that easily could have been explained or shown weeks prior. It's hard to network + build relationships in 25/50 min blocks without others going out of their way and making a concerted effort.
