My overall experience has been great, I really appreciate how communicative my team and leadership are. Everyone has been very respectful since I joined and I feel very comfortable asking for help from various departments.

We work really well together, open to collaboration, no one is on an island.

Even the employees I haven't met are very easy to interact with. Everyone is pleasant and helpful
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quota's being lowered - it's taking a lot longer to build a healthy pipeline then at previous companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Selling as a team. My peers are helpful whenever they can be, my SE is great to work with and very good at his job.
