Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management team should evaluate the inflation in current cost of living and come up with a fair yearly increase based on merit or cost of living.

Everybody is genuine, everybody wants what is best for the Customer and they are willing to roll their sleeves up and get involved
