No time for development, no promotion opportunity even though I have been suceeding in delivering results in the area of the role I should be in I'm being swamped with work at a lower level so much and I have zero support so who else will do these tasks if I don't. We need more resources.

The company is grounded in a set of core values and really lives by them even when difficult decisions need to be made. Theres a focus on fairness and inclusion as well as talent development and career pathing that I've never seen at a startup before.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It would be helpful if the CMO and rest of the Marketing Leadership Team had a more realistic view of Matillion's culture and stopped trying to force Microsoft/big company practices on the marketing team and broader organization.
