Its really awesome when they are present in office and talking with lower-level employees on a regular basis. Dave Packer is really good at this.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels like no matter how hard and fast you work, it's simply not good enough and you have to keep "sprinting" to keep up with all the demands and requests. A salary increase, a proper equity plan, full health coverage, and a pension plan. The last three have not been fully delivered yet.

VERY smart People with really good personalities, THAT is matillion. We are a team, and the highest priority issue is when one of us needs some emotional support

I get to work with some of the most intelligent people in the tech industry on a cutting edge solution. I love the exposure to new technologies and the fun, intense environment that surrounds it
