Its really awesome when they are present in office and talking with lower-level employees on a regular basis. Dave Packer is really good at this.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels like no matter how hard and fast you work, it's simply not good enough and you have to keep "sprinting" to keep up with all the demands and requests. A salary increase, a proper equity plan, full health coverage, and a pension plan. The last three have not been fully delivered yet.

The potential of what the company can achieve and this seems to be the underlying feeling amongst employees so we do want to push ourselves and the company as far as we can.
