So far it has been challenging. I expected to learn more in relation to cloud native tools but at the same time, I have learned an exciting cloud native ETL tool which feels cutting edge and there is potential for within the company. I do wonder how my role will evolve which is exciting.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The potential of what the company can achieve and this seems to be the underlying feeling amongst employees so we do want to push ourselves and the company as far as we can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels like no matter how hard and fast you work, it's simply not good enough and you have to keep "sprinting" to keep up with all the demands and requests. A salary increase, a proper equity plan, full health coverage, and a pension plan. The last three have not been fully delivered yet.
