I like the holiday allowance going to 30 days after 1 year. I really appreciate having the hackdays as a way to explore new ideas and practice new skills.

annual salary increments to help with retention and company performance bonus for all roles., too much emphasis on equity and less tenured Matillioners do not benefit as much, it's not equal

Co-workers who are in the old mindset of Matillion as a one product organisation are having trouble with change as we scale. they need to embrace the structure and organisation needed to thrive as a successful company or look to somewhere smaller if not happy with that
