I like the holiday allowance going to 30 days after 1 year. I really appreciate having the hackdays as a way to explore new ideas and practice new skills.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I trust them. I honestly feel they will treat us as employees fairly in the long term and won't start ditching people just to save 1% here or there when we get further up the growth curve
