We are given Equity in the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel given the level of responsibility in my role, this is not fairly reflected in my pay - whilst I would say the role is paid well for the role it is, in comparison to other roles I am aware of, I am paid less for more responsibility and accountability

Everyone is smart and wants to work hard

Likeminded, efficient, always happy to support/help out, there is never just one person carrying the team. They also all demonstrate our values so clearly, and always do whats best for Matillion, teaching you how to do this do too.

Extremely supportive and collaborative. Tasks feel like a joint effort even when your own responsibility. Super friendly atmosphere and no feeling of competition or negativity.
