We are given Equity in the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel given the level of responsibility in my role, this is not fairly reflected in my pay - whilst I would say the role is paid well for the role it is, in comparison to other roles I am aware of, I am paid less for more responsibility and accountability

Super supportive, team worth ethic. Not entirely perfect but then nowhere is as there will always be the human variable to contend with.

Likeminded, efficient, always happy to support/help out, there is never just one person carrying the team. They also all demonstrate our values so clearly, and always do whats best for Matillion, teaching you how to do this do too.

Working together as a team instead of separately on similar projects. Communication and everyone holding each other to account without fear of retribution.

We actually live our values don't just throw them out there. Matillion has a big community feel to it rather than just feeling like any other corporate job. People care about the company and the team.

The people - every single person is happy to help, always assumes best intentions and is friendly/approachable. You are always encouraged to be the best you - whether this is taking a training course, finishing early to recharge or just having a coffee & chat to get something off your chest.
