What is the best part about your compensation package?
25 days annual leave, rising to 30 days after 12 months of service. Having equity in the company is also great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, positivity, humanity, humble. You are treated as an equal to the leadership team, they welcome your insights and ideas and genuinely take them on board.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work autonomously and run my role like my own little business, but while doing this, contributing to a much bigger goals (of the company) and having the support of others whenever needed
What are some of the best things about your team?
Likeminded, efficient, always happy to support/help out, there is never just one person carrying the team. They also all demonstrate our values so clearly, and always do whats best for Matillion, teaching you how to do this do too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people - every single person is happy to help, always assumes best intentions and is friendly/approachable. You are always encouraged to be the best you - whether this is taking a training course, finishing early to recharge or just having a coffee & chat to get something off your chest.
