Nothing. They would create processes to rate employees and then tell supervisors employees couldn't know about the rating system.
Leadership team was personal friends with some of my peers. That created a work environment of favoritism and distrust.
After hearing managers make comments about candidates and know they reached out to personal contacts previous employers to ask questions they shouldnt.....I realized the process was seriously flawed.
