They need to get better at communicating and having a align expectation among the entire organization. Also, they need have better accountability of their department performance
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
The current evaluation system where 3.5 is considered high makes no sense. It should be "allowed" to score higher if you are performing above what your job description states. Also, when you get promoted and get a pay increased it doesn't match with what you would make moving to another company
